Leica's Tripod Adapter for their Rangemaster CRF laser rangeinder is equipped with both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounts to allow for easy mounting to most photo, video, and field tripods. The Rangemaster CRF mounts to the adapter via a simple and secure thumbscrew.  This thumbscrew holds the rangefinder in-place while in use or transport. It's also padded to protect the finish of the Rangemaster from scratches. A great accessory to have in the range or blind for hands free use.
